Go to https://celiamoda.com/pages/returns to start your return. Once the process is complete, Your responsibility is to send the item/s back to the CELIA MODA Clothings warehouse if you require a refund Or Store Credit . We will happily Return your item & issue you a refund for all or part of your order , They must arrive back to us no later than 21 days from the delivery date.

USA : Orders under $800USD will not be charged duties usually.
Germany : Duty free ( We ship from our Warehouse in Poland .
UK : Orders under 135 Pound Duty Free , Any order above 135 Pound will charged 2.5% Duty .
