Can I Return My Order?
You can return your order within 7 days start from the delivery date. . Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal. Go to https://celiamoda.com/pages/returns to start your return. Once the process is complete, Your responsibility is to send the item/s back to the CELIA MODA Clothings warehouse if you require a refund Or Store Credit . We will happily Return your item & issue you a refund for all or part of your order , They must arrive back to us no later than 21 days from the delivery date.

Do I Have to Pay Import Duty?
USA : Orders under $800USD will not be charged duties usually.
Germany : Duty free ( We ship from our Warehouse in Poland .
UK : Orders under 135 Pound Duty Free , Any order above 135 Pound will charged 2.5% Duty .
Can I Cancel My Order?
We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.
