We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a return option within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be in pristine condition and include all original labels and packaging. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is always ready to help.
With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit or Refund to orginal payment as request from the customers. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 48 hours after the return is processed.

You can return your order within 14 days. Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.
Go to our return portal page MAKE A RETURN to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a return label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.

USA : Orders under $800USD will not be charged duties usually.
Germany : Duty free ( Because we ship from our Warehouse in Poland )
UK : Orders under 135 Pound Duty Free , Any order above 135 Pound will charged 2.5% Duty .
